- No more changing our proposal to meet non-sensical client demands.
We wanted to get serious about marketing.
We started working with businesses who are ready for us.
This comes with extreme privilege and it took us both working hard for 3 years, plus all the years before that, learning and building to get to this point.
But, we made the dream happen.
To get here, we
- Learned continuously.
- Turned down jobs that didn't vibe no matter what they paid.
- Hired terrible freelancers to find amazing ones.
- Built personal savings so we weren’t a slave to money.
- Built up a business float so that no matter what our team are paid.
- Sacrificed 'our' profit to make fair payments to the entire team.
- Stayed up late-late fixing failed deliveries so our clients never felt the pain.
The result?
Our team are seriously awesome.
When we together, there is energy and excitement for the projects ahead.
Our team work across the globe, in Europe, Asia, America, and Australia. Everyone is paid more than UK minimum wage, because location isn’t weighted into our pay structure. It’s about talent.
Co-founders Zoe Ashbridge and Leigh Buttrey have over16 years of collective experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Project Management.
It has taught us one thing: you don’t get anywhere half-arsing marketing.
